class ProcessingParameterRefusedException : Exception

Used as ProcessingParameterResult.Failure.cause when a MimiProcessingParameter indicates that it cannot apply an update.

ProcessingParameterRefusedException is used when the MimiProcessingParameter itself is refusing to apply the change, rather than the MimiParameterApplicator.

This can occur even when there are no MimiParameterApplicators added to the MimiParameterApplicator.
